TUITION POLICY UPDATE

What’s Changing - Effective 1/1/2026

  • Tuition is non-transferrable to another person. (New and existing)

  • Tuition is valid for one year from the date of initial payment. Participants must attend their Explore Training within this one-year period.

These updates apply to all enrollments starting January 1, 2026.
Any enrollments made before this date will have until December 31, 2026 to begin their Explore Training before tuition expires.

Full Tuition & Refund Policy

  • Tuition must be paid in full prior to the start of the first training.

  • Non-attendance at a registered training will incur a $150 rescheduling fee per occurrence, unless the transfer is made to an earlier training.

  • Tuition becomes non-refundable after seven (7) days from the initial payment date.

  • Who do these policy changes apply to?

    This update applies to all new and existing enrollments starting January 1, 2026. Any enrollments prior to this date will have one year from January 1, 2026 to begin Explore before the participant’s tuition expires.

  • Can tuition be transferred to another person?

    All tuition (new and existing) is non-transferrable to another person beginning January 1, 2026. For support with participant-to-participant transfers prior to this date, please email info@atlasproject.org.

  • When does the participant’s tuition expire?

    Participants must begin Explore within one year of their enrollment date. The day they made their initial payment, not the date of their original training. For anyone enrolled before January 1, 2026, tuition will expire on December 31, 2026 if they have not yet attended Explore.

  • What if a participant is already enrolled but hasn’t attended Explore yet?

    Participants who enrolled before January 1, 2026 will have through the full year of 2026 to begin Explore before their tuition expires.

  • What happens if a participant does not attend within their one-year enrollment period?

    If tuition expires, it cannot be applied to a future training. The participant will need to re-enroll to attend Explore.

  • What if a participant needs to reschedule their training?

    Participants may reschedule within their valid enrollment period. Non-attendance at a registered training will incur a $150 rescheduling fee per occurrence, unless the transfer is made to an earlier training.
